What Do I Need to access this service ?
Once you schedule your event and we receive payment, all you need is your current media streaming equipment/software cameras devices etc. we e-mail you the details and supply you with the streaming information for your streaming encoder or encoder software.
How will I know if my stream will actually work?
We will set-up a date and time a day before your event to test the broadcast, once your broadcast test is good, you are set to go for the day of your event.
What type of encoders or encoder software is compatible ?
Any encoder or encoder software such as OBS( for example) that can receive stream server and stream key information will be sufficient.
What if my chosen encoder or software doesn’t work at test time ?
We will then suggest another encoder resource that is compatible or you will be fully refunded your payment immediately.
Can I cancel my event broadcast ?
You can cancel your scheduled event up to 24 hours before the day and time of your scheduled test broadcast, and your payment will be fully refunded.
Can I reschedule my event broadcast?
You can reschedule your event by contacting us by e-mail, and requesting a new time and date that is available.
